Creative Arts Classes

Since September 2008, Creative Arts workshops are now offered to adults and youth, and include instruction on topics such as Anime Drawing, Sewing and Painting. Daily attendance ranges between 12 and 22 students totaling 24 hours a week of instruction.

Our Creative Arts classes are taught by Ruth Pérez, a native San Juaneña. As an arts teacher over the last 8 years, she has developed programs such as card making, plastic and metal works, painting, sewing, projects with recycled material, woodworking, cooking classes for youth, as well as providing training workshops for teachers in the rural communities of San Juan del Sur.

Saturdays: 9am - 1pm
